4. Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a money-back guarantee under specific conditions. This guarantee is applicable only if the spell fails to manifest despite the client’s consistent focus and belief in the desired outcome. The guarantee period and conditions will be specified for each spell. If you are not happy after 9 weeks, you can request a re-cast, or a refund after nine months.
5. Exclusions from Money-Back Guarantee: The money-back guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
- The client changes intent or loses focus after the spell has been cast.
- The client enters into a new relationship or significantly alters their life circumstances in a way that contradicts the original intent of the spell.
- Non-compliance with any guidance or advice provided by High Priestess Eilinora during the spellcasting process.
- External factors beyond the control of LoveSpells.Express that may influence the outcome of the spell.
6. Payment and Refund Policy: Payment for services must be made in full before any spell casting begins. In cases where a refund is applicable, it will be processed in accordance with the money-back guarantee terms. Disputes raised through third-party payment platforms (like PayPal) after the spell has been cast may not be eligible for a refund.
